Sublistyle™ is a ground breaking photographic colour system that integrates architectural glass with high resolution images for virtually unlimited combinations and potential. Sublistyle far surpasses any existing technology with its endless capabilities. The process produces brilliant crisp colour that can range from transparent to opaque or backlit. Sublistyle has outstanding durability both indoors and outdoors and can be laminated or tempered to meet your safety needs.
Colour Cote™ is a computer generated coloring system with over 18,000 possibilities matching RAL, BS and Pantone colors. Colour Cote™ can be laminated or tempered to meet all your safety requirements. The durable chemical cross link bond is extremely strong, and UV stable. It has zero water absorption, is anti-bacterial, non porous, environmentally friendly and GREENGUARD Indoor Air Quality Certified®. Colour Cote™ meets the ASTM D3359 adhesion test and has a light fastness of 7+ on the entire range of colors. Colour Cote™ carries a 10 year indoor commercial warranty and 10 year outdoor warranty when laminated with Polylam™. Your color is only limited by your imagination.
Polylam™ is a superior resin laminate that chemically bonds with glass, acrylic, or polycarbonate at the electron level for a permanent interlayer with exceptional strength and clarity. Computer controlled formulation variations meets all ASTM tests and standards for hurricane, threat proof, high security, sound proof and bullet resistant configurations. Polylam™ with its UV stabilizer, 99.9% UV blocker and crystal clear view can be used in any environment even underwater, and carries a 10 year commercial warranty against delamination or discoloring. It is stronger than traditional PVB and perfect in structural applications where stress and tension are critical factors. Polylam™ can be custom laminated to produce safety glass in all types of configurations, colors and environments and is GREENGUARD Indoor Air Quality Certified®.
Safety Plus® ll provides the strongest, clearest, and most haze free hurricane impact resistant glass in the industry. Our hurricane proof laminate has received Miami-Dade County, Florida Notice of Acceptance (NOA) 08-0709.04 and when incorporated with our patented PET glazing edge flap II provides the largest free span available in hurricane glass. The possibilities are endless, as you can combine all our custom decorative colors and options. Safety Plus® ll is GREENGUARD Indoor Air Quality Certified®.
Breakthrough Resistant™ is your ideal choice for any security application. It incorporates Polylam™ a 2 part urethane system that is distortion free, with no warping and allows for the different expansion rates between multiple glass and polycarbonate or acrylic interlayers. Breakthrough Resistant™ is available in glass to glass or glass to polycarbonate combinations for all your security needs including bullet and blast resistant applications. Breakthrough Resistant ™ is GREENGUARD Indoor Air Quality Certified®.
EnduroShield® is a protective coating that chemically bonds with the glass and permanently changes the surface of the glass. It carries a 10 year warranty on all new glass applications. The ultra thin coating repels both water and oil based stains requiring only water and a mild detergent to clean. EnduroShield® is resistant to UV degradation and can be used on all glass surfaces such as shower screens, windows, balustrades, colored glass, backsplashes, mirrors, and curtain wall. The one time application makes dirt, grime, and soap scum easier to clean by 90% and keeps glass stain free. Enduroshield® is the ultimate in glass protection.
Micro Glass™ is made from a special composition of liquid glass at a temperature of 1300C, then sintered and annealed for 48 hours to a polished panel that is 99% pure. This durable material is harder than stone, and was originally designed for the rigors of space. Micro Glass is ideal for all types of exterior and interior applications. It has zero water absorption, anti-bacterial, scratch resistant and is impervious to acid rain and rust penetration. Micro Glass™ can be maintained with a simple water wash and is GREENGUARD Indoor Air Quality Certified®.
